Do you ever take the time to look back at how far you've come? The point of looking back isn't to stay there though. The point it is to see how much you've grown as a person and feel grateful you made it out of that challenging time.
It's been one hell of a year, this 2020, hasn't it? I hope that you've been able to learn and grow from it though. Become more flexible, more grateful, more loving, more understanding.
Not only have I grown as a person in the last 9 months, but I've grown quite a bit since I started templated journaling 12 months ago. It's probably one of my favorite things to do in the morning-- along side a walk outside and seeing hummingbirds.
Templated journaling has helped me stay present most days instead of getting sucked into forward thinking or living in the past. I can find gratitude more easily in the little things each day and focus on the positives that happened the day before.
All those journals I've been hoarding over the years because I was going to start journaling... Now have a purpose ;)
Because this has helped me so much I created something just for you! I'm really excited about it.
