I did a thing this last week and I'm so excited about it!
Ever since I became a health and fitness coach and began personal development, I have a new understanding and appreciation on the health and wellness world. I want to constantly be learning!
For about two years now, I've been toying with the idea of taking some online courses on a few different topics... Gut health, mindfulness, stress management, integrative nutrition.
Well, I took the plunge.
I signed up for a stress management course.
Now, don't get me wrong. Before I submitted my information, I sat and weighed the pros and cons. I thought to myself that I did not want to work myself up and put a shit ton of pressure on myself. I'm taking this course to learn more about stress, how it effects the body, how to manage it... for me. If I learn something I feel would be helpful for others, of course I'll share it!
It's funny because I was not a good student in science class... I also never thought I'd be in my 30's learning about hormones and how stress affects the body. But I'm here for it and super excited!
I can't wait to share my findings.
