I have lived with anxiety for over 20 years now and within the last 3-5 years I have been able to really take hold and manage symptoms of anxiety by tools such as mindfulness and therapy.
I want to help you with tools that have helped me get to where I am today... diminished racing thoughts and heart palpitations, more moment of living in the present rather than the past or future, and acceptance of where my life is headed rather than the timeline I built myself at the age of 13.
